From Gatlinburg:

- From 441 (The Parkway), South (near the National Park Entrance), turn at Traffic Light #10.
- Cross River Road, onto Ski Mountain Road.
- Continue up Ski Mountain Road, turn right onto Wiley Oakley Drive.
- Turn right, again, at the STOP sign, onto Campbell Lead Road.
- Go approximately 1/2 mile, and see Gatlinburg Highlands Condominiums on the left and the right.
- The office is on the right, with plenty of check-in parking.

From Pigeon Forge:

- Follow 441 to "Park Via Bypass" and exit right.
- Go approximately 2 miles.
- After passing under a bridge, turn left.
- Turn left, again, at the STOP sign, onto Campbell Lead Road.
- Go approximately 1/2 mile, and see Gatlinburg Highlands Condominiums on the left and the right.
- The office is on the left, with plenty of check-in parking.
