Each of the condos has a private balcony, which offers one of the most spectacular views in the Eastern United States. Gatlinburg's Highlands Condos is also the most conveniently located property in all of Gatlinburg. You may accesss Gatlinburg's Highlands Condos via the Gatlinburg By-pass from either end of downtown. In less than ten minutes, you can be in Pigeon Forge, where you will find hundreds of outlet stores and the world famous Dollywood. Ober Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg's ski lodge, is only a five minute drive from here and hiking trails and horseback riding stables are also located nearby. The Knoxville airport, McGhee-Tyson, is located only an hour away.

3 bedroom ... $196.00 + tax per night

7 Nights Or More ~ Special Rate
1 bedroom ... $106.00 + tax per night
2 bedroom ... $136.00 + tax per night
3 bedroom ... $186.00 + tax per night


  • Special rates non-applicable with other discounts or coupons.
  • Special rates non-applicable during major holidays and through the month of October.
  • $20 additional per night during October and Holiday periods.
Rental Policies
  • 2-night minimum (3-night minimum during major holidays)
  • 2-night deposit + tax required on all reservations
  • Reservations cancelled are subject to a 10% fee if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival must reschedule within one year. (100% of deposit will be applied to future date.)
  • Unit linens furnished.
  • Firewood furnished during season (Oct. 1 – Mar. 1)
  • We love animals too; unfortunately, pets can not be accepted.
